Charles F. Moser

Charles started practicing law in 1990 as an associate of the firm of Spradling, Alpern, Friot and Gum in Oklahoma City, practicing in many areas of the law, but spending most of his time with commercial litigation. In 1994, Charles joined the law firm of Norman & Edem where he focused exclusively on a litigation practice, primarily representing individuals who had been catastrophically injured or had suffered the loss of a loved one. In 2004, Charles started his own law firm in Oklahoma City, Charles F. Moser, P.C., focusing on litigation matters of all kinds.

Charles continues to keep an active practice in Oklahoma and is "Of Counsel" with the law firm of Watts & Watts in Oklahoma City. Charles’ dedication to service is not only limited to his clients – he also very involved in civic engagements and community activities. Charles served as Chairperson of the Unification Study Commission which studied the unification of the local governments of Greeley County and the City of Tribune. The Study Commission developed a plan of unification which the voters of Greeley County overwhelmingly supported. Greeley County will be only the second county in Kansas with a unified county/city government, and the first rural county. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Greeley County Recreation Foundation, and lends his support to a number of other community organizations and initiatives.

Bret F. Mangan

 After graduating cum laude from the Oklahoma City University School of Law, Bret returned to western Kansas to become an associate at Moser Law Office. In addition to providing general legal services to private clients throughout the region, he also serves as the Assistant County Attorney for Greeley, Wallace, and Sherman Counties in Kansas. During his undergraduate and law school career, Bret completed a number of internships, serving as a student ambassador at the Oklahoma City University School of Law; as the Dean’s Summer Pro Bono and Public Interest Law Fellow for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Kansas; and in the Governor’s Internship program with the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. Active in his community while growing up and upon his return to his hometown, Bret now serves as the government representative and Chairman of the Board to the Greeley County Community Development board, and is a member of the Tribune Star Theatre Board.
